The whole experience was horrible...
- What did you like most?Beautiful atmosphere and ambience.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The moment we walked in to check in it was an hour till we got our keys. Had to call maintenance twice with the issues not being resolved. The hotel charged my card several times after check in that I didn’t authorize. Before check out the housekeeper barged in to clean because she said it was supposed to be vacant already. Spoke to managers and nothing was resolved.
