- Was there anything you didn't like?I stayed at the Cambria Hotel in RiNo Denver this past weekend, and unfortunately I left behind a very sentimental stuffed dog I’ve had for over 17 years. I have called several times asking staff to please check the room I stayed in, but no one has taken the initiative to look for it. My daughter even stopped by the hotel today, and she was told the room was occupied and that they couldn’t check—yet no one offered a real solution or follow-up. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and empathy. A simple check or communication with housekeeping could have made a huge difference. I hope management reviews their procedures because losing something so meaningful and receiving no help has been very frustrating.

- What did you like most?My flight was delayed so I didn't arrive until super early in the morning. The staff let me have an extra latr sleep-in. The room is everything you need with super comfortable bed and pillows and a bathroom with everything you need.
