- Was there anything you didn't like?The check in process. We were supposed to receive a code after booking the room. But no guest received anything. It was nobody at the front desk. We all just happened to see someone walking around who claimed to work for the hotel. This was 1 hour after check in WAS SUPPOSED to happen. She finally gave us a code to access the room. But it didn't work. So we went out for dinner. 3 hours later, the entry code finally worked. Along with the access to the internet to watch TV. It was only 1 staff member in the entire hotel. If the process was presented correctly from the start, then it would've been a different experience. But no guest could access their rooms.
Convenient location but struggled to sleep

- Was there anything you didn't like?Ac controller screen was so bright and couldn’t turn it off. Was like sleeping with tv on. Lots of sound carries into the room from hallway and the elevator opening and closing. Hardly slept or woke multiple times as result.
