Horrible. Dirty. Cockroaches

- Was there anything you didn't like?Cockroaches. A few employees. This is like a prision. Employees are not here to help, but just to follow processes. Found a cockroache in my room. This is awful cleaning. Thry only offered to change room, which was cleaned the same way. My family was at the breakfast (had already eaten) and I had to go to the room to pick up wife’s phone. Since it was 2 mins after 10am, they did not allow me to go up and get my family. Nor they offered to send an employee to call her because the breakfast floor was closed. I had to go and try to find a cop outside for them to do something.
