- What did you like most?Room was clean, bed was super comfy very soft. Staff was okay, I tried to check in around 11AM due to flight cancellations (winter storm) had to wait about 2 hours but it’s ok. Nothing really in the area besides a 7/11 which is good for snacks. Utilized free shuttle to airport which was on time . Overall good experience

- Was there anything you didn't like?I was disenchanted with the whole experience. Paid parking, which wasn't stated when booked. Booked 2 rooms with breakfast, wasn't complimentary had to feed my grandkids outside of hotel, even charged for coffee. Customer service was horrible.
