Freezing Room
- What did you like most?Nice clean property close to Miami Airport. All staff members were excellent!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was FREEZING!!! Cold air blasted out the entire time in spite of turning all switches to the OFF position. Also tried changing to heat rather than cold but no luck. Finally had to place chair in front of the fan to redirect air, but still froze all night. Also, I need a dark room to sleep. There was only a lace curtain over the window, No black out curtain. Even on the fourth floor, the parking lot lights kept our room brightly illuminated all night long. Waited nearly an hour for the shuttle pick up at the airport.
