- Was there anything you didn't like?The evening receptionist was not very nice or polite, the morning receptionist was wonderful (he even helped me call an Uber) I didn’t like how the hotel imposes the room security fee $100 which is held for more than a week (depending on a bank) could be longer. I am a backpacker and had to stay overnight near the AirPort b/c of the red eye flight, so even that amount is a lot to be unexpectedly taken away from me. Also the shuttle doesn’t run until 4am so for my 5.30 am International flight I had to pay extra for an Uber
