We asked multiple times to move to another room but were told the hotel was full and only offered earplugs. The issue continued both nights, and no real solution was provided. While I appreciated the follow-up and partial refund, the experience didn’t meet expectations. I’d recommend being more proactive when guests report ongoing noise issues.
