- What did you like most?The Hotel Location is excellent located behind the Hyatt Regency Hotel. This translates to a 2-minute walk from the front desk to Kuhio Beach this includes waiting for the Kalakaua Ave traffic light. You can see the beach from your balcony. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is old with some recent updates. The elevator is fast and quiet. The price is excellent for Waikiki. Everything worked. The Wednesday night show with singing and hula is always a treat and free. Anyone can participate. The pool has been repaired and is like new. A Needed repair request was taken care of quickly. We do not have expectations that this would be on par with Hilton, Holiday Inn, or Marriott properties.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The rooms and building could use some updates and repairs. The balcony/lanai needed cleaning. The water pump for the air conditioner condensation water is very noisy.
