- What did you like most?Staff was very accommodating with airport pickup after midnight. The communication was great. Also slept really well after traveling all day. Blackout curtains were great
Decent Choice By Santiago Airport
- What did you like most?The hotel is a reasonably priced and decent place to stay if you need/want to be close the Santiago airport. I had a day/evening before taking a flight to Easter Island, which is why I stayed here. It was good enough for that purpose. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The dinner I had in the restaurant was also quite good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel does not have good soundproofing. I heard the planes through earplugs. I've stayed at many airport hotels and this one had some of the worst soundproofing. Also, the bed was very hard. And I happened to luck out with the shuttle service to and from the airport, but it doesn't run very often and that's definitely a downside for an airport hotel - the shuttles should run more often and be more consistent.
