Very good
Disappointment, did not get what...
- What did you like most?Completely disappointed. We arrived late in the evening after a very hectic, long day at work. Upon arrival discovered that the hot tub was down for maintenance. ( that should have been our first clue.) grabbed a quick bite and then went to bed, as we had an out of the Country flight early in the morning. Got up at 4:30 am to discover there was no hot water! Called down to the front desk where the attendant said they had water problems since last evening-when we inquired as to why that wasn’t mentioned when we booked in late last evening ; his story changed to they just discovered it that morning
