Too hot, AC was not an option because it was winter.

- Was there anything you didn't like?My room was very hot and the AC was not an option, just heat and fan. I went down to the front desk and they said the entire floor was either heat or AC. They switched it because I went down 3 times, but for a hotel that is that expensive, I think you should be able to adjust your own room.
