Great location and super helpful...
- What did you like most?Staff and location were really excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful and coukd not do enough to help.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Noise from the room above was intrusive. Inability to open the window to allow for fresh air in the room was disapointing.
On the hole it was...
- What did you like most?The location was fabulous. The breakfast was mediocre. The room was lovely although I did break my toe on the bed wheel when I reported this to the staff they weren’t really bothered. The bed was super comfortable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The breakfast they run out very early on in the morning when we asked for the orange to be replenished as there wasn’t enough for our table we were told there was none left The staff were not very interactive in fact we didn’t speak to the staff at all apart from checking in and checking out. The barman didn’t have a clue nor did they have any drinks that we required which are standard bar drinks IE Baileys a whiskey selection and brandy.
