Reasonable but not ideal
- What did you like most?The bedroom was fit for purpose but I ended up with two single beds rather than a double or king sized bed as originally booked.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The walls were very thin and not only could I audibly hear guests next door, they were smoking (I could smell it) which is against the hotel policy.

- What did you like most?Courtesy staff greeted me. The hotel felt safe. The room was comfortable and spacious for a big city.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a leak that made some of the ceiling come down. It took 2 days to get it cleaned up. The maid service was spotty and I think it was miscommunication due to language barrier.
