Nice resort hotel, however the overall experience was disappointing.
- What did you like most? The resort is expansive and caters to families with numerous children. The accommodations were satisfactory, though not particularly distinctive. We visited to celebrate New Year's Eve 2026; the venue was well decorated for the occasion, and guests were provided with champagne and festive accessories. The service staff consistently greeted us courteously throughout our stay.
- Was there anything you didn't like?It took ten minutes for staff to find our reservation. We booked for a New Year's Eve celebration but the venue was sold out after we reserved, despite being assured that there is no issue getting a table. Staff promised a solution, but only offered dinners ending at 10 pm, so we watched the fireworks from our room. For $750 per night, this was disappointing.
