- What did you like most?Staff was nice and helpful. Location was close to Shinjuku station.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We couldn’t control the temperature in our room And it got very hot and stuffy overnight. No ventilation or AC control. Also, the only reason we booked this hotel was because the airport shuttle bus stops here but turns out, it doesn’t start until at 9 am so we had to walk to Shinjuku station anyways.
