- What did you like most?Beautiful location and amazing staff. Spacious room. The hotel restaurant had great dinner, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The area is walkable to great restaurants, cafes, and any amenity you would need. Some of the most accommodating and responsive hotel staff I have ever encountered!

- Was there anything you didn't like?The elevator is the slowest one I’ve ever seen. It takes a very long time to arrive, and you wait approximatedly 5 minutes everytime you call it. Also, it's the same elevator used by the staff, so, sometimes it arrives full with service carts, so you cannot enter. The shampoo provided is also not very good and doesn’t clean the hair properly. In addition, the cleaning staff talk very loudly right outside the rooms in the morning, waking guests up and making it hard to fall back asleep. Their phones also keep ringing and receiving messages with loud notification sounds, which is quite annoying. The price feels a bit high for what is offered, but I believe it’s in line with standard rates in Rio.
