Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Car parking is available next door to the property at Wilson Parking, at a charge of AUD 55 per 24-hour period and includes one entry and one exit. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and felt quite homey, which I appreciated.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a lack of proper communication. I requested a late checkout 8 months in advance, and it was acknowledged at the time. However, on the day of my departure, I received a call asking when I would be leaving. It was frustrating to feel rushed despite having made prior arrangements. The communication between staff clearly needs improvement.
