We provide Complementary transportation to and from the airport every day, between the hours of 400am - 100am. After collecting their luggage from baggage claim, the customer must call the hotel at 407-812-9100 to request this service from the airport. Dont forget to schedule your return Airport shuttle upon checking in. When making a hotel reservation the customer must make sure that the credit card use matches the guest arriving. Starting on February 1, 2026, The Hotel no longer has free parking. The hotel will charge Outdoor Self-Parking fee of 6.00 USD nightly plus tax per car, for every overnight guest staying at the hotel.
