Important Information
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Parking garage requires fob access from 10pm to 6am (front desk provide this during check-in) Due to the on-site bar, guests may experience some noise during their stay. A damage deposit of CAD 500.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

It was a positive experience...
- What did you like most?We were visiting family in the area. The location was why we picked it as they lived less than a 10 minute walk away. Price was decent enough. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good booth mornings. Menu was good and cost was reasonable. Staff were polite and courteous. Nicely decorated. The old elevator was classic. Free wifi.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There isn't really parking on site. There is some nearby though. What was more challenging was that there wasn't a designated drop off/pick up area. That would have been helpful as we had to load/unload in a no parking zone. I realize that the Gladstone is a boutique hotel --- however the room was a little small.
