Overlooking the River Spree, this boutique hotel on Berlin’s famous Friedrichstrasse Shopping Street offers elegant rooms and excellent transport connections. Free WiFi is provided in all areas. Rooms at Hotel Neuer Fritz are classically furnished. Each has a large flat-screen TV and work desk, and a spacious bathroom with hairdryer. The building features Plattenbau architecture, and was one of the last built in the former East Germany. Trains, trams and busses run from Friedrichstrasse Station, 984 feet away. From here, guests can reach Alexanderplatz and the Brandenburg Gate in just 5 minutes. Bicycles tours run from directly outside the hotel, and bikes can be rented at Hotel Neuer Fritz.

- Was there anything you didn't like?The room we stayed in was a 4-bed-suite. Not really suitable for 4 adults, as the sleeping couch was not comfortable at all
