- What did you like most?Location terrific. Staff friendly. Beautiful outdoor pool. Fantastic top-rated Kristin Kish restaurant. Good lobby coffee bar. The bathroom was well-lit and shower pressure terrific.
- Was there anything you didn't like?For the price, the facility was rundown. Could use a facelift. My carpet had stains on it. For us older people, a hand-held shower would be a huge advantage, as we needn’t wash our hair everyday yet the temps in Austin caused sweat & grime; a good lower-body shower could be very useful.
- What did you like most?Hotel employee who checked us in was very nice. Location was good
- Was there anything you didn't like?Hotel was rated as 4 star but it felt like a 3 star at best. Did not seem clean, there was very little furniture in the room and bed was on the floor. Cheap tv. The room’s ac was set at 68 degrees but never felt cool.
