- What did you like most?Concierge were pleasant and helpful.
- Was there anything you didn't like?“Breakfast included” option was very misleading as toast was a $6 surcharge and bacon and eggs was also extra. No substitutes allowed. Service was extremely slow. The rooms are also extremely dark.
