- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast deplorable. Apparently following suit of Hilton brands....eliminated self-serve breakfast (cereals, oatmeal, bagles, waffles. Has instead gone to avacado toast, cold dry fried potatoes, bloody sausage links that you can't cut, and prices thru the roof. Every person in that breakfast complained. Children fussing because they wanted cereal, etc. Most went across hallway to Starbucks. No refills offered for coffee. Hostess in AM was sharp-tongued and not friendly. Don't count on laundry services, they no longer have washers/dryers as advertised. Staff tried their best (front desk amazing, but can only do what Hilton allows. Have been Hilton Honors client for decades, won't go back.
