- What did you like most?The central location
- Was there anything you didn't like?The towels/washcloths were not stocked routinely. One day washcloths, hand towels, and towels, the next towels only and they took my washcloth I had hanging up but didn’t replace it.
Times Square at Christmas week. Yuk. Nice place to stay if you don’t know better.
- What did you like most?Clean, comfortable and exceptionally large rooms for a NYC hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Being a local, I absolutely hated being in Times Square at holiday week. Only booked because family from out of town booked first(without consulting) so we booked as well to be polite. Was stupidly expensive and there was only one person at the reception desk to check in everyone in an extremely busy day. She was an example of grace under pressure, never loosing it with people being less than patient with the long wait. Wish I remembered her name, she is great.
