I travel to Sydney a lot for work and this was my first time at the Hilton, not likely to come back.
- What did you like most?Breakfast staff very efficient and lovely. Concierge staff excellent.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Unable to locate the pool. Bed and pillow very uncomfortable. No mini bar on hand, had to call, could not be bothered, walked to Woolworths instead. QR code for in room dining did not work, so ended up going out. There was blood on the donna cover. Not enough coat hangers. Room hot and could not seem to reduce the temperature. Hotel over priced for the quality of the room and facilities. People in the restaurant and concierge currently carry this hotel.
