Worst experience during my last 17 years of traveling.
- What did you like most?Hotel was close to close to my meetings location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Elevators stopped working, had to go up 6 floor using stairs (they did not allow us to use the staff elevator, most of the staff (not all) were rude, after me using the stairs for 6 floors they refused to deliver the pizza to my room and (asked me to pick it up or they will throw it away”, one day there was no hot water in bathroom “it was around 0 degree outside”. Room smelled bad i guess from whoever in the next room or from the AC.
- What did you like most?nothing
- Was there anything you didn't like?very bad service…when i asked for water they told me you should come and buy it more expensive water from our buffet and they dosent have a slipper for room … and first day there was a man there he was very grumpy…
